Important Information
Minimum stay: 2 nights at weekends and 3 nights at Bank holiday and Pride, and 5 nights for some conferences. Please note there is no lift in this grade 2 listed building.
Car Parking
We supply parking permits for the price of £7 for 24 hours parking, and entitles you to park on pay & display or residents bay. As these places are public parking, no spaces can be reserved!
Cancellation and Payment Policy
100 Percent of the first night per room will be charged on the day of booking and is not refundable.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged, if cancelled later or in case of no-show the total price of reservation will be charged.
IMPORTANT
As we are not operating a 24 hours reception, please confirm your estimated arrival time and a mobile number in case we need to contact you on the day
Latest time for arrival time is 21:00 hours unless agreed by prior arrangement
We do not accept hen and stag or group parties. Please note there is no lift in this grade 2 listed building built 1826.
Child Policy
We are unable to accept children less than 10 years.
